FAQ
Everything to know first
Can yellowed whites be restored to pristine white?
Depends on severity. Light yellowing (from wrong washing) usually improves clearly. Heavy yellowing (mold, age) — no 100% guarantee.
Do beige or cream items count as whites?
No — only pure 100% whites qualify. Beige/cream treated as colors.
Just one white shirt still costs 80,000đ?
Yes — fixed surcharge because we must run a separate machine. Larger white loads = better value.
Can you wash embellished whites (beads, sequins)?
Yes, with advance notice — we use mesh bags. Cannot guarantee 100% retention if embellishment quality is poor.
