Will a knit upper like Ultraboost or Flyknit get fuzzy?
Not when the pressure is right. Knit fuzzes under a stiff brush, which is the usual outcome of cleaning them at home. We use soft-bristle brushes and light pressure across the whole woven area, and only bear down on the sole.
My Jordan 1s have suede panels. Can you take them?
Yes, where the suede is a panel on an otherwise fabric sneaker. Those areas are worked dry with a nubuck brush and no water. Shoes that are entirely suede or leather we do not take yet.
Can yellowed boost or foam midsoles be brought back?
They lighten noticeably but do not return to white. Foam and rubber yellow through UV oxidation, a change inside the material rather than dirt on the surface. We say so upfront.
Do you handle limited or expensive pairs?
Yes, with the same process, a dedicated bag per pair and a condition photo on collection for reference. Tell us when you send the photos if a pair has any detail that needs particular care.
