I usually order "Cao Cấp 48h" — what now?
The 48h package is retired. Returning Cao Cấp customers are auto-upgraded to Standard 24h — same 30,000đ/kg, but twice as fast.
Why drop the 48h package?
Most Standard 24h customers were already paying the same 30,000đ/kg as the old Cao Cấp tier. We simplified to two clear options — Standard 24h and Hoả Tốc 4h.
What if I only have 3kg?
We still accept — but charge a 5kg minimum (150,000đ). If you order monthly, we consolidate smaller loads to save you money.
Can you wash suits, leather, or fur?
No — we specialize in everyday laundry (clothes, bedding, pillows). Dry cleaning is a different service.

A typical traveler load (4–6 days of clothes) is 4–6kg = 120,000–180,000đ ($5–7), back the next day. A family weekly load of 10–12kg is 300,000–360,000đ. Monthly subscription for residents: book a recurring weekly pickup and we consolidate smaller loads — message us for a plan.
