Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the laundry pickup & delivery service operated by CONG TY TNHH GIAT OI ("Giặt Ơi", "we"), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By placing an order on giatoi.vn, WhatsApp, Zalo, or by phone, you agree to these terms.

Door-to-door laundry: pickup from your address, professional wash & dry & fold, and delivery back to you, operating 24/7 across Ho Chi Minh City's districts. Turnaround targets: Standard 24 hours, Express 4 hours, and Priority 2 hours (Districts 1, 3, 5; wash-only). Large orders (over 20kg) may need extra time — our driver flags this at pickup.

Current rates are published on our pricing page. Key rules: a 5 kg minimum per order (smaller loads are charged as 5 kg); washing whites separately adds 80,000đ; outer districts add a 40,000đ delivery fee; night delivery adds 10,000đ. Weight is measured by our driver at pickup and photographed with your order code, so the final bill is based on verified weight — never an estimate.

Payment is due on delivery. We accept cash, Vietnamese bank transfer (VietQR), and international cards where available. You pay after your laundry is returned — if something is wrong at handover, tell the driver before paying and we will fix it first. See our Refund Policy.

Please empty pockets before pickup (any valuables we find are photographed and returned with your order), declare delicate, designer, or special-care items in advance so we can use dedicated handling, and check your order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issue right away.

Delicates are washed in mesh bags on gentle cycles; everything is machine-dried indoors. If anything smells, is stained, or is missing within 24 hours of delivery, we re-clean or resolve it free. If an item is lost or damaged through our fault, we compensate 100% of the item's replacement value. We are not liable for items not declared for special care, for pre-existing damage, or for normal wear.

Cancel free of charge any time before our driver collects your laundry. Once washing has begun, the order is charged in full. See the Refund Policy for details.

We use your contact details only to handle your order and send status updates — we never sell your data. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new orders.
