Clean. Convenient. Caring.

I was visiting Ho Chi Minh City and needed to get my laundry done before my flight home. My hotel didn't offer laundry service, so I found Giat Oi on Google Maps. Booking was easy, communication was quick, and they picked up my clothes right from my hotel. Everything was returned on time, clean, fresh, and neatly folded. Really convenient if you're traveling and don't want to spend time looking for a laundromat. Friendly service, fair prices, and no hassle at all. Would definitely use Giat Oi again next time I'm back in Ho Chi Minh City.

Effortless laundry — used them twice and wouldn’t use anyone else! As a family traveling in HCMC, Giặt Ơi! was a complete lifesaver. I left a bag of dirty clothes at my hotel reception, they collected it, washed it, and delivered it back — no waiting around, no coordination needed. What really sets them apart is the step-by-step status updates tracking every stage — collection, weighing, washing, drying, folding, packing and delivery. Pick-up, delivery and payment all handled through the hotel reception, completely hands-off. Used them twice, both times flawless. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

Awesome laundry service. Everything was smooth and easy. From the beautiful website to the quick responses on WhatsApp. Pickup was really fast and all the staff were fluent in English, courteous and helpful. Save yourself the trouble of waiting at the laundromat and consider engaging them instead! Wishing the team all the best!

The service is incredibly professional. I don't think even an express courier service provides tracking that's this thorough and detailed. It gives you complete peace of mind, and I'm extremely satisfied.

They come to your hotel to collect and drop off. They keep you in the loop via WhatsApp’s so you’re not guessing. They’re a very honest respectful company. Very friendly, on time and never once overcharged. Highly recommend if you are in town

Pick-up was easy - just left my clothes in a bag with the hotel concierge. Decent communication on return and all done within the day. Great service and far better value than using hotel laundry.

Very easy to arrange pick up from our hotel and Delivery in less than 24 hours. Online chat was very efficient. Clothes were clean and nicely folded. Price very reasonable. I recommended.

Spectacular service. After reached hotel at late night I noticed that hotel i stayed dont have an iron box or ironing service in their laundry. At 2am I booked an express service of Giat Oi they came immediately. They nicely washed , ironed and well packed my clothes and delivered to me before 4:30am. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Trustworthy. Very kind staff. They understand English. Easy system to place the service request via whatsapp. They also have a good understanding of what we wanted. Very quick turnaround time. Very fare pricing. Thank you

Fantastic service! Picked up from ed our hotel and delivered in the evening! Excellent communication and our laundry smells amazing! Thank you and highly recommend!

Fantastic laundry service in Ho Chi Minh City! You can easily schedule your pickup and drop-off directly via their website—everything is completely seamless. They pick up your clothes, wash, dry, fold, and package everything beautifully before returning it the next day. They also offer an express service with a quick 4-hour turnaround. It was so great to offload our 5 kg of washing and have it back the next day looking so nice and fresh. What a great service you are providing, thank you!
