Outer districts add a flat 40,000đ per order, quoted before you confirm. Walk-in shops around town advertise 90,000đ to 150,000đ, but that price does not include the two trips you make yourself.
Do you clean leather or suede shoes?
Not yet. We only take sneakers and canvas shoes. Leather and suede need a separate conditioning process, and we would rather turn the work down than ruin your shoes. A dedicated shoe spa is the right call for those.
Will yellowed white shoes come back white?
The fabric will, visibly so. The rubber sole will not fully: yellowing there is UV oxidation inside the material rather than dirt sitting on top, so it lightens but does not return to new. We tell you this upfront rather than overpromising.
Is 24 hours enough time for shoes to dry?
Yes. Shoes are dried in a low-heat cabinet rather than hung outside, so they come back dry and without the damp smell. If a particular pair needs longer to dry properly we tell you rather than hand back damp shoes.
