Door-to-door pickup laundry near Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương, Quận 5. Pickup and delivery for 20,000đ, washed and folded in 24h. English support on WhatsApp.
If you are spending time around Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương on Nguyễn Trãi in District 5, laundry is usually the last thing you want to think about. A hospital stay quietly generates a lot of it: changes of clothes for the patient, everyday wear for the family members keeping watch, and the towels and layers that build up when you are living out of a bag near the ward.
Giặt Ơi! is a pickup and delivery laundry service that covers this part of Chợ Lớn. We are not a shop you walk into. A driver comes to wherever you are staying, collects the bag, and brings everything back washed, dried and folded, so you never have to leave the hospital area to get it done.
Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương, District 5 · pickup & delivery 20,000đ per order.
Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương is a public multi-specialty hospital on Nguyễn Trãi street in Phường 8, Quận 5, in the heart of Chợ Lớn, the historic Chinese quarter of Ho Chi Minh City. It is a busy general hospital that draws patients from District 5 and well beyond.
The streets around it are dense, commercial and constantly moving, the classic Chợ Lớn mix of shophouses, traditional medicine traders, markets and small guesthouses. Because so many patients travel in from other districts and provinces, the neighbourhood is full of families staying nearby for days at a time, from budget rooms up to established hotels in the district.
For someone based near the hospital, the service is meant to be simple. Book at giatoi.vn/en/order, and a driver picks up from your door, your guesthouse, or a hotel reception such as the Windsor Plaza Hotel on An Dương Vương. Standard wash is 30,000đ/kg with a 24-hour turnaround; if you need clean clothes back the same day, Hoả Tốc Express runs 50,000đ/kg. There is a 5kg minimum (150,000đ), and pickup and delivery in Quận 5 is 20,000đ per order. Every bag is photographed on intake, washed in commercial machines, and returned folded. You pay on return, in cash or by VietQR, so there is nothing to sort out up front while your attention is on the patient.
