How it works

Three messages and you're done

1. 1. Say hi on WhatsApp. Tell us your district, approximate weight (e.g. "around 6 kg"), and whether you want Standard 24h or Express 4h. We reply within minutes — in English.
2. 2. Driver confirms in writing. Before pickup the driver sends you a written message with the address, the time window, the per-kilo price (30,000đ Standard / 50,000đ Express), and whether whites are washed separately (+80,000đ). Nothing is verbal.
3. 3. Weight on pickup, pay on delivery. The driver weighs your bag on a digital scale in front of you and sends the exact total in writing. You pay by cash or VietQR bank transfer only when your clothes are returned clean and folded.

What gets confirmed in writing

No surprises, ever

• Exact weight — recorded on a digital scale at pickup.
• Per-kilo price — flat 30,000đ/kg Standard or 50,000đ/kg Express. Minimum 5 kg.
• Whites separate option — +80,000đ when you ask for it.
• Outer-district surcharge — +40,000đ for District 12, Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Nha Be, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Can Gio. Free for the other 14 districts.
• Delivery time — Standard 24h or Express 4h, with a specific window.
• Total amount due — calculated and sent before pickup leaves the address.

Ready when you are

Open WhatsApp, send a message in English. Driver replies the same day, picks up within 30-45 minutes (or at the time you choose), and confirms every detail in writing before leaving.
