How big a load can you take in one pickup?
No upper limit. Industrial machines handle 20kg+ per cycle. We've done 80kg single pickups.
Can you wash my kids' school uniforms separately?
Yes. Just note it in the order — we use a separate machine + mild detergent for kids items.
Do you fold clothes per family member?
Yes if you ask. Default is by garment type (shirts, pants, underwear). Per-member bagging is free on request.
What about bedding — sheets, duvet covers?
Included at the same 30,000đ/kg rate. Folded per bed set. Free pickup + delivery.
