Hoang Mai is a southern Hanoi district full of apartment blocks; Linh Dam is one of the city's most densely populated areas and home to a Korean community. Weekly laundry demand here is high.
At launch, Giặt Ơi! will pick up from apartments in Hoang Mai and Linh Dam, wash by the kilo with Korean and English support, and return the same day.
