Most local laundry shops in Hanoi operate only in Vietnamese, which makes special requests, timing and pricing hard for foreigners. Giặt Ơi! runs in English when you need it — you explain what you have, we confirm the price and time, and the whole order is coordinated in English.

Whether you are an expat in Tay Ho who needs a regular weekly wash, or a visitor in the Old Quarter mid-trip, the service works the same way: a driver collects from your door, your clothes are washed by the kilo and returned the same day, and you pay on delivery. No contract, no deposit.
