Hotels, homestays, restaurants and spas need clean linen back on the shelf every day, on time and at the same standard. Giặt Ơi! handles bed linen, towels, table linen and staff uniforms on contract. The service is opening soon in Da Nang.
What we take
Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath and hand towels, tablecloths, napkins and staff uniforms. Each category runs through its own wash process, so towels keep their absorbency and sheets keep their shape. Everything is dried on industrial dryers, never hung outside.
A fixed turnaround schedule
For a property, the point is not the fastest possible wash but the same delivery time every day. We collect and return on a schedule agreed in advance, so you always have enough clean linen for the next shift. Contract orders get a tracking link in the same way retail orders do.
Volume pricing, discussed at launch
Hotels and restaurants do not buy off the retail price list. Pricing is based on volume and collection frequency and is agreed per property. Terms for Da Nang will be discussed once Giặt Ơi! opens there.

Not yet, the company is preparing to launch in Da Nang. Contract discussions with properties will start as operations there begin.
Are small properties welcome?
Yes, the model suits a few-room homestay as well as a larger hotel. Volume simply changes the collection schedule and the contract rate.
How is contract pricing calculated?
It is based on weekly linen volume and how often we collect, not on the retail price list. Rates for Da Nang will be agreed at launch.
