At the end of a trip your whole suitcase is worn clothing, and nobody wants to unpack it into a washing machine at home. Giặt Ơi! collects from where you are staying, washes and fully dries everything and returns it before you leave for the airport. The service is coming soon to Da Nang.
Timing it around your flight
The safe plan is to send your laundry the day before you fly and use the 24-hour service. If you only have an afternoon left, the 4-hour express service is the other option. Tell us your flight time when you book so we can work backwards to a delivery slot.
Bone dry before it goes in the case
We dry on industrial dryers rather than hanging clothes outside, so everything is fully dry before folding. Slightly damp clothes sealed in a suitcase for a long flight will smell by the time you land, which is why full drying matters most for departing travellers. Your laundry comes back folded and ready to pack.
Collection from hotels and rentals
A driver collects and delivers wherever you are staying, including hotels and short-term rentals. If you are out sightseeing, you can leave the bag with reception. Every order has a tracking link, and you pay in cash or by transfer on delivery.

Pre-Flight Laundry — questions
How far ahead of my flight should I send laundry?
At least a day ahead if you use the 24-hour service, which is the safest choice. If you are tight on time, the 4-hour express clock starts when your bag reaches the facility.
What does it cost?
Pricing is by weight, with Ho Chi Minh City reference prices of 30,000đ/kg for the 24-hour service and 50,000đ/kg for express, on a 5kg minimum order. Da Nang pricing is announced at launch.
Is this running in Da Nang yet?
Not yet, Giặt Ơi! is preparing to launch in Da Nang. The service currently looks after travellers in Ho Chi Minh City.
