Pickup and delivery means you never carry a laundry bag anywhere. You book a slot, a driver collects from your door, and your clothes come back washed, dried and folded to the same address. Giặt Ơi! is bringing this model to Da Nang.
Three steps: book, collect, deliver
You place the order on the website or by message and pick a time that suits you. A driver collects at your front door, your apartment or the building reception. Once the load is washed and dried, everything is folded and returned to the same place.
No waiting in all afternoon
Each order has its own tracking link, so you can see whether your laundry is washing, drying or on its way back. If you are out, a family member or the reception desk can hand the bag over for you, just leave a note when you book.
Pay when your laundry arrives
Nothing is paid up front. You settle in cash or by transfer once the driver has handed your clothes back. Pricing is by weight, and the Ho Chi Minh City reference is 30,000đ/kg for the 24-hour service with a 5kg minimum, with Da Nang pricing announced at launch.

Does Giặt Ơi! collect laundry in Da Nang yet?
Not yet, the service is preparing to launch in Da Nang. The exact pickup and delivery zones will be published on opening day.
Is pickup and delivery charged separately?
No, collection and delivery are included in the per-kilo price rather than billed as a travel fee. The pricing that applies in Da Nang will be announced at launch.
I live in an apartment building, how does handover work?
You can hand the bag over at your apartment door or leave it at reception, depending on building rules. Add a note when you book so the driver knows where to go.
