A topper sits directly under you every night and absorbs more sweat than a bed sheet, yet it is far too thick for a home washing machine. Giặt Ơi! washes toppers on industrial machines and dries them right through before delivery. The service is coming soon to Hanoi.
Toppers only, not mattresses
A topper is the removable pad that lies on top of your mattress and can be rolled up. We take cotton, fibre and padded toppers that are safe to machine wash. Mattresses are a different item, and Giặt Ơi! does not clean mattresses.
Industrial machines do the work
A home washer has no room for a topper to tumble, so the pad just gets wet rather than evenly clean. Industrial drums have the capacity, water volume and spin force to handle the whole piece. After the spin it moves into a high-capacity dryer.
Dried through before it comes back
The core of a thick topper is the last part to dry, and a topper that is still damp inside will smell within a few nights. We dry it until it is completely dry, then roll it and deliver it. You can put it straight back on the bed with no extra airing.

Mattress Topper Cleaning — questions
Do you clean mattresses too?
No, we take toppers only, meaning the removable pad that sits on the mattress. Full mattresses are outside the service.
How long until I get the topper back?
A thick topper needs a longer drying cycle than normal laundry, so we confirm a delivery time when you book. If it is your only topper, plan for one night without it.
Can I book topper cleaning in Hanoi?
