White clothes yellow or pick up colour easily when washed with everything else. When Giặt Ơi! launches in Hanoi, you can choose to wash whites in a separate load to keep them bright.
Why whites need their own load
Washing whites with coloured clothes is the number-one reason white shirts turn dull or pick up dye. Whites also need the right detergent and temperature to stay bright without weakening the fibres.
A dedicated whites load
With this option your whites are washed in their own load — never mixed with other customers' laundry or with colours. That keeps them white and prevents the gradual yellowing that ruins good shirts.
Clear add-on fee
Separate-whites is an add-on to a laundry order, charged as a fixed fee per order. In Ho Chi Minh City it is currently 80,000đ/order; the Hanoi rate will be confirmed at launch.

Soon. At launch in Hanoi, you will be able to choose a separate whites wash to prevent yellowing and colour bleed. The option is available today in Ho Chi Minh City.
Does a separate load really make a difference?
Yes. A dedicated whites load avoids dye transfer from other clothes and lets us use the right detergent for whites, keeping shirts brighter for longer.
What is the whites surcharge?
